It can be emotional, challenging, and unpredictable, and bring up many questions to those whose lives have been impacted by adoption. I offer a nuanced personal understanding of these issues. 

I have have focused my academic studies and dedicated my career to helping adoptees find their place in their adopted families and helping them navigate their feelings surrounding the role of their birth families.  I support individuals through the process of search and reunion and any associated concerns and issues that may arise. 

As a psychologist who was also adopted, I am here to be your ally every step of the way.
